Questions before starting a project

Start with the project, delivery and data questions below. Technical questions belong to the service they concern, so each answer has a clear home.

Scope and working together

How does pricing work?

Service details show fixed prices for clearly bounded work and starting prices where scope can vary. Extensive and bespoke projects receive a written proposal after a conversation and are not simplified into a low package price. All standard prices are presented in Euro, and the final amount follows the agreed written scope.

How do we decide which service is suitable?

We choose a service around the objective, current setup, users and the scope of the process to be improved—not around an industry label. We first define the boundaries, then recommend a fixed-price option, a starting level or a bespoke project conversation. We do not add unnecessary modules.

Can we combine more than one service in a single project?

Yes. Zekvion’s core advantage is that your website, bespoke software, artificial intelligence, automation, content and advertising can work towards the same objective. If you do not need every area, we will not add unnecessary modules; we begin with the core that will create the greatest impact and introduce other elements in measurable phases.

In which languages do you provide services and content?

We can build the solution around the language of your target market. We produce multilingual websites, platforms, content and customer assistants, with particular experience in Turkish, Dutch, English and German. We consider more than a literal translation in every language: tone, local usage and customer expectations matter too. For critical copy, we include human approval in the plan.

Do you have examples of work we can review?

Yes. We designed, built and published websites for sunraystory.com.tr, kraamzorgsifa.nl, prodemirelfiber.nl and docan.nl; where required, we also set up business email and Google Business Profile. During our conversation, we can also show the approach most relevant to your objective.

Delivery and ownership

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations, third-party approvals and the speed of feedback. After discovery, we divide the work into phases and put each delivery and the input required from you into a written timetable. If something affects timing, we communicate it early and clearly.

Does every project require a monthly plan?

No. We also develop and hand over one-off projects. If maintenance, content production, advertising management, server operation or ongoing development is required, we offer the continuing service as a separate option. We do not hide a non-essential subscription within the project.

What will you need from us during the project?

Your most important contributions are providing accurate information and materials, appointing a decision-maker and giving feedback within the agreed timeframes. We manage the scope, make progress visible, explain technical decisions clearly and bring approval points to you in good time.

Do you provide support and training after handover?

Depending on scope, we can provide administration training, access handover, concise user documentation and a defined post-delivery defect-fixing period. If ongoing maintenance or further development is required, we create a separate support plan with a clear scope and response times.

Privacy and data

Who owns our data and accounts?

Customer data belongs to the customer. Wherever possible, we prefer the domain, advertising account, measurement tools and core service accounts to be opened in your business’s name. When the service ends, access and data included in scope are handed over to you as specified in the contract.

How do you approach KVKK and GDPR?

We incorporate core principles such as data minimisation, clear purpose, appropriate consent wording, access control and retention requirements into solution design. We do not provide legal advice; for specialist or high-risk processing, we require the wording and obligations to be approved by your authorised legal adviser.

How are system and account access protected?

Depending on the requirement, we use role-based permissions, strong password policies, multi-factor authentication, secure connections, backups and access logs. Security is not a one-off setting; hosting, updates and maintenance responsibilities are defined clearly in the handover plan.
