Which tasks can you automate?

We first identify repetitive steps with a high cost of error, while retaining the points where human judgement is needed.
Does automation require us to replace our existing systems?
Not always. Where suitable connections are available, we can add a layer that enables your existing tools to communicate. If a system is closed, we assess alternatives such as controlled file transfer, email triggers or a limited new module. We do not present an unreliable connection as if it were working.
How will we know if an automation fails?
For critical workflows, we add error logging, retries, notifications and a manual continuation point where needed. This prevents a process from disappearing silently. The level of monitoring and maintenance responsibility is defined in the proposal according to the project’s risk.
